Toronto, ON- All Globe Inc. is proud to announce that they have developed and tested their Designer Underlayment paper the Silicone Vapor Shield for use on radiant heated hardwood flooring. The Silicone Vapor Shield is the first of its kind in being able to be used over radiant heated floors while still providing the best protection against moisture for hardwood flooring. During the test the underlay was heated up to 100° F during this time there was no measurable heat resistance and there were no odors detected.  Silicone Vapor Shield didn’t breakdown after testing. The Silicone Vapor Shield is also recognized by the Radiant Panel Association for its suitability for use over radiant heated floor applications.
